Victor Lorenzo operates out of Blockwright’s West Coast outpost in San Diego, CA. A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Victor has spent most of his 13-year professional career working at various award-winning boutique architecture offices on complex, design-first developments and masterpans. After a few years with Blockwright in Fayetteville, he returned to his adopted home of San Diego to lead Blockwright’s expansion into the Southern California market. Victor is committed to bringing Blockwright’s record of community building, design excellence and client focused service - along with a thorough understanding of Southern California’s unique building processes and design traditions - to our clients and communities in San Diego County.
